It's basicaly fluff (as Star is) but Jill and my wife were very good friends in high school and we get together and visit a couple of times a year. Yea, shamelessly plugging a friends stuff but...well.....ok.

http://www.nymag.com has more wide-ranging coverage than style.com in terms of which shows (e.g. no ben cho/ioc/etc. at style.com, but covered on nymag.com).

facehunter has pretty good party coverage. kathyisyourfriend has a little as well.
