Im in search of some nice design / lifestyle books with tshirt prints, jeans, graffiti, posters, paintings etc etc.

I would need some help with titles, so if you know ´em, post ´em!

Where can I find Japanese magazines like "Boon" and others for sale here in the states???

If you're in SoCal, try going to Little Tokyo, there's a pedestrian mall between above 2cnd street, between Los Angeles st. and San Pedro st., there a bookstore on the second level that has Boon, Smart, and all the others. Also try the Bookstore in the California Market Center, they stock that JP mag, Fruits, a few others and the semi- hardback denim sourcebooks of vintage styles.

South Coast Plaza has (in Costa Mesa), has a newstand that stocks some good JP and HK fashion mags.
