Vans Authentics?

When I got more money for shoes (Got to many right now) Im going to buy a pair of vans authentic (Lords of dogtown <3):

the only gripe i have with authentics is that they're pretty slim. Lengthwise an 11.5 is perfect for my foot...but it isn't wide enough so I have to get 12's and deal with a little room in the toebox. Eras however fit me perfectly in a size 12.

i usually wear a half size smaller in vans, but i typically don't wear socks with them in the summer. if you go this route, beware, as your feet will eventually smell like a corpse and the inside of the shoe will get sticky from grime and the glue on the insole.

yea, they get that grilled cheese smell...a few summers ago i actually got a case of bad athletes foot..it took awhile for it to go away. i still go sockless and i use frebreeze to kill the smell a bit.

girls that wear those vans gersils turn me on....especially when worn with short shorts and they gots that pasty pale.

anyone know if there's a vans store in nyc where i could try authentics on? heading up there in a few days... cheers
