Hey guys, sorry if this is a dumb question!

I've been thinking of picking up a couple of pairs of chucks from converse.com for my girlfriends birthday. I was stoaked 'cause the price seemed so low but then I found out that the shipping and tax to get them over to Australia is more than the damn shoes themselves! I dunno, but $100-110 AUD each for some canvas shoes seems a bit steep to me.

I was just wondering if anyone knew any other way I might be able to get some of those chucks down here other than through the website? I've tried ebay, and while the shipping is a lot cheaper they don't have any I'd wanna get.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help!
