Anybody know Macs (Powerbooks sp.)? Quick question

I have had a couple 12" Powerbooks over the years and had been getting sick of looking at this tiny screen at home, it's painful sometimes. Then I found out just recently I can hook up a monitor and run the Powerbook closed in clamshell mode like a regular desktop and I'm elated as the solution to my problem was here under my nose.

Question: Are all DVI inputs on third party monitors (looking at getting an LG Flatron) the same? Do I use the the mini-DVI adapter thing they included when I bought my PB?

Anyone running a Powerbook in clamshell mode here? Can I use my Bluetooth keyboard/mouse and connect my KRK monitors, any extra peripherals, etc, as normal?

yeah its same. all peripherals should work.
