MMM, Dior, Club Monaco: footwear, jeans and outerwear

I have 3 items up for sale that are all new and haven't been used. All prices are open to reasonable offers and do not include shipping. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Actual pictures are available upon request.

First, I have a pair of Maison Martin Margiela side-zip black leather boots in a size 41. Absolutely beautiful boots and I wish I could keep them, but unfortunately MMM leather footwear isn't the same as their running shoes. I took a gamble, even though I was instructed otherwise, hoping it'd fit with an insole. These boots are best for a 42-43 in the MMM GATs. Price is $550.

Secondly, I have a pair of black Dior Homme superstretch denim in size 27. I love these pants, but I've never worn them. I actually bought them to go with a pair of black boots, but seeing as the boots didn't work out, I didn't end up using the pants. If you know Dior, then you know what you're dealing with. Price is $450.

Finally, I have a Club Monaco black trench coat in XS. This is a decent trench that I bought a long time ago, but it has just sat in my closet. I don't really know how to price this one, so the price is the most negotiable. Price is $250
