I'd say they're medium to large but they are adjustable with those chest tabs. They should fit just about anyone...

I'm a small, 5'10" and 130lbs, Do you think these fit well or just look too big?

I made them pretty thin on the width 1 3/8. I don't like those super wide ones myself. Plus the stripes run up and down so they should visually look thinner than they are.
