Old surfer blue/white striped swim shorts

Hi,

I watched an old surf film the other night that looked at the origins of surfing, and the original guys that become the surf legends.

There was a guy who was wearing a pair of swimming shorts with horizontal blue stripes on white shorts, which looked really cool.

I'm desperate to find a pair of these but have had no luck on eBay - really want to avoid the mass of flower designs and hate Quiksilver and all those types of designs.

Please help (I know its a looonnnggg shot!).

What era are you talking about? Are you talking knee-length modern cut swim shorts, or the old school ones which barely go past your ass-cheeks? (I wish I had the balls to wear these)......H&M usually does alot of stripes/simple patterns. You could try there.
