Stud Homme a Korean replica maker did this one of the Rick Owens Blazer inthe same fabric, which is a wool blend in the same one for one fit except the sleeves are slightly shorter. The jacket oozes quality but is too long for me height-wise. Will fit a 46 or Rick Small perfectly or a julius sz1 or 2 and they are sold out, this is brand new sz46.

Slim-fitting 100% ribbed rayon tank top with 1/4" double-stitched piping at collar and armholes, 2 1/4" shoulders, and scooped unfinished rip-ready hem in bone grey. Torso is constructed from two magnificently engineered pieces of fabric, connected not at the shoulders, but by the asymmetrical V-shaped seams found at the front and back and completed by a single side seam along the left side.

these things are super comfortable and fit very very slim, the medium fits a 46 perfectly and this is in white and new, comparable in feel to the Rick's but these don't stretch, if you like the fit now it'll be the same a year from now.
