Hey, is that inner jacket removable? Also, how does it fit? Japanese sizing? or regular sz48-50 for Medium?

The inner jacket is not removable, both sides are sewn together.

It's more 48 than 50. I would say that it's a regular M, but quite fitted like all JW Man suit jackets.
