Watches in London

I have an ill watch made by Vulcain in Switzerland. It needs serious repair work, but there are no authorised dealers or repair crew in the UK. The watch is dear to me so I'm not fucking with any old shop and would like to know the name and location of Central London's superior horologist.

why dont u send it back to vulcain in switzerland to do the work?

Yeah, I wrote to them and they agreed to do it, but then didn't respond to subsequent emails.

i had the same problem with my watch (not a Vulcain). My advice if you havent already tried is to find a dealer that sells them and get them to send it to the maker for you. I have done this a few times in the past and they usually charge aroung 20 quid for shipping and handling
