9D - Kilgour black captoe shoes (England)

I'm selling a pair of black cap toe shoes made in England for Kilgour, French and Stanbury. Size 9D US. I'm not sure of the manufacturer. The little information I could find online suggests they are made by Crockett and Jones but someone has expressed the opinion that they are made by Loake. Brand new, just tried on in my apartment. They seem to fit true to size, though maybe a bit on the narrow side.
