I handmade a silver rosary-like charm with a big bale, a 2" chain attached with an ivory skull in the middle and a silver bullet with a cross on it attached at the bottom....I can take pics when I get home if you are interested

i can make a hemp necklace with skulls in it. right now i've got both wood and bone skull beads. I've been doing hemp for almost 10 years and have gotten very good. Anyone that wants some hemp, I could make for very cheap.

a few bucks plus shipping to cover the cost of the twine and the beads. I'll put some pictures up soon; i'm at work and i happen to have my camera and a couple bracelets.

i feel you england, most of the stuff around uses thicker hemp with fewer strings, i like to use thin hemp with many strings; it makes a neat effect.

the first one is 8 strings, the second one is 14 and the last is 16 strings. Both the first and second bracelets I wear the most (I have a few others laying around); they've been picking up some indigo, giving them a blue tint.

The sailor's knot bracelet is a variation of a turk's head, which I haven't mastered yet. You might try Knot Heads World Wide and see if there's a tutorial for it on there. I know I've seen a couple of photos of a sailor's knot bracelet in the gallery over there.
