Dior Homme pants Size 31

I am selling my Dior MIJ pants which no longer fits me. I have worn them literally twice only and bought them new. RRP is a crazy $600. I am looking for $290 -> $275 ->$265-> $255 -> $245 shipped (shipping from Australia is expensive). It is a really nice material and very soft cotton (95% cotton 5% polyutherane) and stretches a bit coz of the poly material.

It is Size 31 and the measurements are:

Waist :16.5in

Front rise: 10.5in

Back Rise: 13in

Inseam: 31in

Leg opening: 8in

imo, pictures are kinda deceiving. showing the full length is much better.

for reference, I am 177cm tall and this jeans is hemmed perfectly with just a slight bunch at the bottom.
