Balenciaga Schoolboy Shirt

A plaid Balenciaga Paris schoolboy shirt from the 2007 Fall collection by Nicolas Ghesquiere.

It is from the women's collection, but can fit a man. The buttons are also placed on the right placket like they are for men's shirts.

It measures 19" from armpit to armpit, 26.5" in length, 25" along the sleeves, and 16" from shoulder to shoulder.

It's a beautiful shirt with incredible details. The placket is cut on the bias, the buttons are made from dark brown wood, the shirt has contrasting white detailing on the collar, cuffs, shoulders, breast pocket flap, and hem of the shirt. It retailed for around $700. I would absolutely keep it for myself, but it's just a little to small.
