Real evisus?

the 'No.2' stamp on patch indicate they are the Second series from Japan before they released the E/U aka Evisu European designs.

you best bet is to take pics of selvedge & stock #'s located inside waist band.

Also, if you go to the Evisu website, i know there is some info where you can email them w/pics and stock#'s for them to verify the authenticity.

you can also check to see on the Evisu website if the store that carries them is an Authorized retailer.

I belive that the "No2" stamp doesnt at all indicate which series the jeans belong to. It simply means that the jeans consist of sanforized No2 denim. As opposed to No1 and No0 wich is non-sanforized.
