the waist is 16", so basically its a 32

is the thigh measurement measured using the BiG method

I bought a pair of these in 29 because the owner said thigh was 11" BIG method. Ended up being almost 12. I can't imagine these are 10" thigh BIG method...

what's blue in green's measuring method?

i initially measured from crotch to exact opposite seam, which came out to 10".

I measured them now laid flat & they come to 11".
