Strange how the pictures for your 15" mac are the same as the 17" one.

Talked to this guy on AIM, tried convincing me as hard as he could to send some other kind of payment besides Paypal, even suggesting a certified check. =|

Saw the thread about him being a scammer, and one of the few complaints listed the AIM username that he was talking to me on that very second.

Scammer

lmfao i asked him about his 17'' laptop and he clarified it as 15'' and he only asked for $500 back then with a few flakers. now hes selling it for even more and dodging his last post.

VERY VERY shady. stay away from this kid. mods need to do something about this. its clearly obvious with the proof and all.

selling for more because i can get more for it

already spoke to a mod. i cant be banned when i have done no wrong

posting some scammer from the hypebeast forums from 2008 who isnt even me and no proof of being me?

that does not qualify me for being a scammer

Whatever poor soul ends up sending money will be back on here in 7 days crying about how he hasn't heard back.

Check the transaction problems thread...the most scammed items from sufu are laptops.

Period.

He DID list this as a 17" in his first post. That's enough right there to prove he's sketchy.

i was off by 2'' because i made an assumption. i corrected the error and provided serial # for verification. sketchy? not really...

i corrected the error almost immediately then provided a picture with serial # and apple care verification

Here is what they have listed for your AIM usernames:

aim - ry0n420, rjt76

And now here is what you sent me to contact you on through PMs (Which I did):

aim ry0n420

when I told him I didn't want to send anything unless it was through paypal, he suggested a certified check (best way ever to lose your money). I told him I had just finished reading a thread about him, and he automatically knew I was talking about scamming without me actually saying the word.

Shop with caution, this guy seems about as legit as a pair of designer boots from an asian corner store

If it's been sold, then let's hear from the member who purchased it so we'll know that the deal actually went down legitimately.

If you can present an active, legit member who comes forward to say they bought it and received exactly what they were supposed to receive, then it'll all be good.

So who was the lucky person so we can await their feedback from the sale?
