looking for CD cover/jacket templates

i'm designing a CD cover for a friend's with illustrator.. lost my .eps file that i downloaded a while ago.. it was a perfect one comes with the circle cd sticker template as well

but couldn't google it back because i forgot the site, so if you know where to find 'em, please drop me a line!

nevermind...... simply adding ".eps" in my search word generated me 100's of ideal results.
