  1. Simple fits. Reaching for this setup more than any other this summer. (I cycle to work so wearing jeans outside for any type of long walk/effort is avoided) Toys McCoy Fullcount Asahi
  2. I'm curious too, and curious enough (and short in stature enough!) to find out first hand. I'm in the process of ordering a pair so will gladly provide comparison when I can! It seems to be the Warehouse MO to produce the series of cuts / patterns sequentially, and this time seem to be doing so with the material design rather than the pattern design.
  3. It's up on WH website now: https://www.ware-house.co.jp/?pid=170861637
  4. Dude! To me, knowing very little about American (Californian?) housing, this house looks like the dream!!!!
  5. (rise looks great though!)
  6. Ohhhhh right okay, I see. Sounds like a lot of unnecessary but very marketable nonsense! Do you happen to have seen a size chart for these 47's? Prior to release I was very keen on picking some up but looking at some of these product photos they look slim and tapered
  7. Is that the black denim version you're referring to? I've seen the black version up on the warehouse site, surprised the 47's didn't go up there first, they're available in a few places online already, e.g Take Off
  8. Missed the line on their site that states pretty clearly "no international orders sorry" - do they sell on any other platform or is it a proxy job for us louts?
  9. Does anyone have an idea of how accurate the stock info is on Junky Style?
  10. That's looking absolutely bang on @bartlebyyphonics!! And the jacket is looking ace on @yung_flynn too! Are you both partaking in the contest? I only remembered about it a few nights ago after seeing someone posting about it on r/rawdenim
  11. Not a fan of the cut myself, but, the denim is very nice! My 1101 Big E's in the same fabric are coming out lovely, very vibrant blue - if I get chance I'll share some photos in this glorious sunlight. I will say though that I do very much like the early 60's type 2 paper patch model in the same fabric!
  12. And with a hoodie, for good measure, this is fitting exactly as I’d hoped. Will whack it through another wash and dry and then patiently wait for some colder weather, while of course looking for a summer unlined version that fits the same without the layers.
  13. Picked up the lined DSB Type 1. Given it a warm wash and dry, looking a teensy bit larger than I would have liked but I got the lined as an autumn / winter / spring jacket and wanted to be able to fit a t shirt/shirt with a flannel/hoodie underneath so perhaps it’s perfect. One thing I am totally sure of is I have instantly caught the denim jacket bug. Oh dear.
  14. @gmn looks spot on to me!! I actually like the look of the 1101 cut. I absolutely do not need any more jeans for now though 🙃
  15. 1082's landed with me just now - on first impressions they're almost identical to my BR og spec, in cut/fit and colour. The cloth is softer to begin with though, significantly so. Possibly lighter weight as well but without having both to hand I can't quite tell. Will be bobbing these in to my local tailor's for shortening, looking forward to wearing them! Thanks for the push to pick some up @Talan
  16. @yung_flynn or @cheapmuthafukr, either of you care to share the wealth? This ebay seller sounds like they're worth a look!
  17. Soooo yeah. I ordered some of these, direct from Warehouse along with a couple of other items. Looking forward to their arrival!
  18. Thank you! Yeah that's right, snuff suede LHS, still getting used to the low-flying loafer type fit but they're great
  19. Toys McCoy Fullcount Alden
  20. Yes - it's all part of the song and dance of this whole thing! I would say for the most part that the manufacturers measurements (e.g. the warehouse ones here for 1001XX's: https://www.ware-house.co.jp/?pid=132358411) are usually the most reliable, you could cross check that (and account for shrinkage given those are raw) with Full Count's chart for 1101's here: https://fullcount.co/collections/core-denim-pants/products/1101-straight-denim-13-7oz I believe they both measure the same way, at the same points on the garment etc. I am certain though that someone will have contradictory information on manufacturers / brands having the best measurements through first hand experience, again, part of the whole ritual of this hobby!
  21. Just went to Celluloid to pull both sets of measurements to try and help out but their measurements on the 1001XX are bonkers, they've got the waist for a raw 34 as 97cm! Take with a massive pinch of salt - Warehouse themselves have the 34 listed with a waist size of 88cm!
  22. This is solid advice thank you, some stuff to think on!
