    UPDATE: Measurements of the one wash 220XX-54 pair provided below Waist: 16" (half waist, laid flat) Thigh: 13" (at crotch) Front rise: 12" Back rise: 14" Knee: 10" Leg opening: 9" Inseam: 32" (Second pair may have been sent to me in error, Warehouse have requested I ship them back to them to check - and hopefully hem them 🤞)

    I think if I requested to return them it could potentially work out, but I would probably lose out more on the shipping, export/import charge etc than selling them on myself! EDIT: I have actually asked them about returning again, but in the meantime, they're available for sale and as said, will add measurements too, probably tomorrow!

    Yeah this one is largely on me! I requested both pairs be hemmed prior to shipping, neither of them were hemmed (this has worked previously). In my entirely unnecessary urge for the in-house (Warehouse) hem I reordered and requested it again (hemming was on all the invoices at every stage I might add, though a complementary service). Thus, both are up for sale. If there is no bite anywhere, I will probably keep one and send to the capable SOAS hem department! Ultimately, I took it as the universe saying: "You're going to be wearing your WOMCON jeans for the next 18 months what are you playing at?!" ...and in fairness, I agreed. For what it's worth, they're a lovely pair of jeans in a great denim - just way too long for me!

    Welp. Same thing happened twice. I now have two pairs of the Denime 220XX-54 W34 L32 for sale. Both at £175. I will share measurements shortly!

    Oh they’re lovely! Do you have any comparison to other Alden lasts sizing wise? It appears the common wisdom is to go the same as your Barrie last size.. There’s a nice pair of the Kafka Mercantile make up of the military derby going for a great price on eBay.. I’m virtually there I was just gathering a few more notes on the sizing! Ha

    For info, mine are up for sale, I ultimately came down on the fact I got the size wrong. A learning experience, if they do a re-run I may be tempted to get a size or two bigger.

    I would say that the fabric Warehouse produce now is V V susceptible to the veiny fades (I can't comment on historic fabric), but I have also noticed it promimently in my Buzz Rickson chambray shirt, I guess it's the diagonal pull you get from washing and the warp x weft working against each other (or some such scientific thing).

    They do yes, much more of a straight down from the knee 50's kind of vibe, the waist is also larger on these.
