    I was too giddy to do this before putting them on earlier so have steamed the nuts out of them now to flatten it. Can’t be forgoing any tracks down the side of these beauties!!!

    Here’s the fit, so far is feeling great, and will only get better I’m sure! EDIT: Now I've confirmed they fit me after the wash - all my other pairs are vac packed and stashed away for the duration! Let's see how this goes. I do feel like they will show some real character quite quickly.

    My 5150's have been through the wash and they're looking mighty fine! Pre and post as follows: W35 / L30 Waist: 17" / 15 1/2" FR: 13" / 12" BR: 17" / 16" Thigh: 13" / 12 1/2" Inseam: 30" / 27 1/2" They've got more of a pronounced taper than I was expecting, which I like the look of - fit pics will be presented tomorrow, I didn't get any pre-wash!

    Can anyone speak to the weight of the denim? Or the feel of the weight of it? Looking back through the thread I believe the two fabrics we chose from were both ~12oz’s, I’m wondering how that feels in reality? Only ever had a “used wash” pair at that weight, I think.

    They're going to my workplace, as I originally would have been there had they arrived earlier in the week, but exciting!!

    Good stuff! Mine has had a further update today to say it's been through the National Hub and is on the way to the delivery depot - so I reckon will be delivered to my office tomorrow, ready for collection Monday!

    Finally! Hoping this means I can get hold of these on Monday, and get thoroughly stuck in next week! I was getting considerable FOMO seeing everyone elses arrive I must admit! @Mtvare fingers crossed yours have reached the same point??

    Sounds great, so would this be: start picture, >= 1 monthly update, final picture? Or is it just: post start picture, any picture updates as and when we want/can, final picture?

    My tracking status sadly still has not updated, which rules me out of a Friday start now, but as ATWM said, what's a few days out of 18 months!?

    This is the same for me too. I'm sure it will update in a flurry and be here quickly. Usually all updates at once for me, from "exported origin country" to "being prepared for delivery" almost in one go!

    Nice! They're looking great!! Yeah I noticed you'd said UPS, but yeah mine are definitely trackable on Parcel Force, and the tracking number's not recognised on UPS!

    Mine have been stuck on "item exported" for a few days now, which is always the case for me with EMS packages. Next update will be when it gets to Parcel Force Coventry, then to Leeds depot. Ideally, that will happen tomorrow, but let's see!

    Mine = Exported from origin country. As I'm only in the UK and it's usually a 24-48 hour job from export to arrival through a customs location here I'm expecting it to change tomorrow.

    Just received my tracking! Feels kind of silly hoping and wishing about a jeans contest when some involved are concerned about evacuating their homes, but I do hope everyone gets theirs in time!
