denim tailors in Philly?

as the title says, does anyone know of any decent denim tailors in Philly? I do most alterations myself, but I wanted to find someone who could shorten jeans and replicate the chainstitch at the bottom (not, cut off the hem and reattach it, but actually chainstitch something)

talk to them and see if they can, I've heard they have the proper machines but if you speak to them you will know better
