YSL Rolling Sneaker sizing

Just wanted to know what the sizing on these is like? As I live in Australia and can only purchase them from Saks. I wear a 42 in CP achilles mid which fits length wise and stretched out in width hard after some wear so I end up having to tie them up to the point of strangling my foot. I think this is because I have relatively narrow feet and the CP in 42 was already a tad wide for me.

So basically what I'm looking for is some info on the width of the rolling sneaker as you size up. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

rollings are narrow.. not sure if this helps but i wear a CP achilles mid 45 and a 11 rolling..
