Volga Volga trousers from various seasons - 46-48

Got a bunch of recent-season Volga Volga trousers for sale. Sizes range from approx. 46-48 (see measurements). Prices include shipping to Continental US, int'l a little more.

1. 2008 A/W - Wool dress pant/sweat pant hybrid, size M

These are a fine wool pleated dress-pant from the front, and a soft sweatpant-like trouser from the rear. Wonderfully soft, slightly stretchy wool demonstrated in two textures. A dress-pant from the front, complete with belt-loops, pleats, hook closure and zip-fly (riri zipper), hidden coin pocket, and even a silky, grey suit-like inner lining. Feels like a heavy jersey sweatpant from the rear, with a single rear flap-pocket, and a soft black cotton inner lining. Despite the unique composition of the trousers, it does not look like two pants put together. The transition between fabrics is in fact very subtle; the difference between the front and rear styles is more of a textural detail and one that you notice up-close, not from far away. Perhaps the biggest giveaway is that the front looks like a vertical "grain," and the rear a horizontal "grain." The color is slate grey. The end product is a quirky pair of trousers, tactually rich, and supremely comfortable.

The fit is relaxed, with a slightly longer rise and roomier thigh and knee measurements. The legs taper to a 7.75" hem, so it's not a super baggy pant. The hybrid construction on these, as well as the nonchalant cut, bring to mind the designer's tutelage at Yohji Yamamoto.

Excellent condition, worn once. From 2008 Autumn/Winter Collection, style VV 08A-14. Would look great paired with some Yohji or CDG Evergreen. Size M, IMO good for a 46:
