yoox clearance USA-only?

This might be a silly question, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether Yoox's clearance section is exclusively for certain (American?) customers.

I live in Canada, and while the sale section is still available I wasn't even aware of the existence of a clearance section until someone linked to it in the supermarket, specifically this MJ hoodie: http://www.yoox.com/item.asp?sec=1&YOOX=MARC+JACOBS&dept=clearance&tskay=3FD17CD7&rr=1&cod10=391280771B&sts=sr_clearance80

Turns out I can't add anything in clearance to my bag for checkout: Yoox won't accept my log-in from inside of the clearance section.

But I tried a US proxy server and it still wouldn't let me; I'm just not sure if that was only because it recognized my log-in as a Canadian account.

Can anyone shed light on this?
