HI THERE

I AM NEW TO THIS, HOPE YOU GUYS CAN HELP

I PURCHASED A PAIR OF JEANS, A SIZE UK 14 (US 10) BUT THERE ARE REALL TOO BIT FOR ME ALL OVERAND I CANNOT CHANGE THEM

PLEASE ADVISE ON THE MORE AFFEXRIVE WAY TO GET THE MOST SHRINKGAE ON THESE JEANS

THE SMALLER THE BETTER AS THEY ARE QUITE BIG

OK ON WASIT MASSIVE ON LEGS

LENGHT IS FINE

If the waist and length are right and it's just the legs that are too baggy, then it's probably not the cut you want.

I don't know of any way to shrink just the leg width.

If you can't exchange them, you should just sell them on ebay or whatever and buy something that fits better.

If you are determined to try to shrink them, hot wash/hot dryer will do the most shrinking, but they may be too small in the waist and length afterwards.

the waist is also quite big they fal doen and i can take them off with out unbuttoning but its bearable, i deally an overlall shrink apart from lenght wil be great?

so hot wash and high tumble dry?

i heard something about soaking in cold water

Soaking in cold water will remove starch and cause some shrinking of dry denim, with minimum indigo loss.

It sounds like the jeans you bought are way too big, I think it is very unlikely you will get them to shrink to the right size.

No offense to the poster, but in general, ppl need to stop buying jeans because it's a good deal or on sale or the last size left and then hope to shrink them.

If it's not your size, just accept it and put down the oversized pair of jeans.

Again, no offense to the poster but I find there's been a lot of posts here asking the same question about shrinking jeans by 2 or more sizes...
