hey, everyone. i'm moving to san diego this summer and would like to gather a few opinions concerning places to live, dine and shop before i arrive.

as far as housing location i'd like to be within walking distance to bars, restaurants and preferably down town. i'd also like to be somewhere within walking distance to bilboa park. are there any neighborhoods that fit all of these preferences?
