Helmut Lang bootcut jeans sizing

I'm thinking of getting a pair of Helmut Lang Bootcut jeans, just curious about their sizing, do they run true to size or should I go a size up? Any help appreciated...

pretty true to size, and not as bootcut as you'd think. which is a good thing I guess in today's world of tapered jeans.

Thanks for the input, so are they pretty slim fitting? I usually wear 36, but sometimes 38 and I have a pretty athletic build, I don't like my jeans particularly tight so I'm wondering if going up to 38 may be the way to go?

nope, 36 will do you fine. they are not terribly slim. slimmest maybe in the thigh.

They fit true to size. I bought the right size for me and they were actually really tight for a week and stretched out a little, now they're fine. Definitely buy your size, and if you're in between sizes and don't like type get the one above.

I just wondered where you were able to find Helmut Lang jeans still in stock? I don't see them in stores anymore, and have essentially given up on buying jeans altogether in the wake of his absence from design. Would love to snag a couple more if they're still around at a shop.

i know the simon's store in montreal where i am still had a few pairs, only waist 36 though...

too bad, among the top 3 in best fitting jeans, imo
