There was never a dull moment during the opening of "Spread the Lead," where a buzzing crowd enjoyed 32 artists' take on graphite and imagined a world without color. In addition to the artwork, the pencils used to create the pieces were also on display, along with books filled with the artists' thoughts & inspiration on this compelling show.
