Shoes & 'Discolored'

Right now i got like 2 pairs im wearing daily

The classic cool Nike with red logo and some hugo boss white ones.

I got some problems with white shoes, then im using them with my pants, they get colored at the end. It kinda destroys the shoes.

Im pretty sure the english word for this is 'Discolored'.

So im asking if anyone know how to get rid of it !

2nd, if anyone could advise me some very fly shoes, kinda same style as the classic nike, price is not a object so let me hear from some sneak freaks
