APC Moccasins: Sizing/ Where to Find

Looking for the brown suede ones.

APC online store & NY store are out. And the few other online shops that I could find didnt have them in my size.

Any ideas? Any local shops anyone know of (preferably in US) that dont have an online presence?

Also, I'm a 9.5US in Vans, 9 in Chucks, and usually a 43/42 in dress shoes (though a 42 in Opening Ceremony shoes). Since I intend to be wearing these with no socks what would you recommend for the proper size?
