Any flash gurus around?

Since there are already threads on graphic design and typography, I figured we might as well have a thread for the discussion of Flash and general interactive design.

So are there any flash gurus lurking in the shadows, or am I just typing in vain? On the off chance that there are, then perhaps someone would care to have a look at the nonnative A/W07 minisite (http://nonnative.com/) and have a guess as to how they made the navigation/interface, specifically how they got it to respond to mouse movement so well.
