t-shirt printers in LA?

my friends and i are looking for a local shop in LA or within an hour driving distance to do some shirts.

requirements:

• are a legit business (no bedroom operations)

• can do small runs (50-100 to begin with, with repeat runs to follow)

• print on American Apparel or AAA shirts

• water-base inks

• reasonable pricing without insane setup fees (not $50 per color setup like one shop wanted..)

if you run a shop, all the better... we'd love to support smaller, independent shops.

if you guys know of anywhere, it'd be much appreciated. we've found some solid places outside of LA, but shipping almost doubles the cost in some cases.
