These have NEVER been washed, only worn once and babied.

the pics make them look baggy, but they are not, they are tight-and the fit is amazing. i am getting big so they are too tight for me.

i would say the waist is about a 35.5 or so, give or take a half inch.size on tag is 36, i would even go so far as to say they are at 35.

they have a waxtype coating, but not too much like the diors. they are perfect.
