chapterworld.com - international orders?

Anyone have any experience with placing an international order via chapterworld.com? There's a pair of kicks on there that I want to grab and after some searching elsewhere it seems to be the only site that has them in my size...problem is, I'm in the US and don't read a word of Japanese. So:

- Anyone made a purchase via chapterworld.com from the US? Any problems doing this?

- Should I use a Japanese bid-proxy service or just bug a Japanese person into placing the order for me from here?

- How badly should I expect to get assraped on shipping?

yep, got a few things from them. communication in english, good service, fast shipping. they even took something back that didn't fit. shipping and the conversion rate wasnt that different than stuff i got from italy and the uk.

ohh sorry man, i just realized that i was thinking about CONCEPT SHOP. sorry! yeah, chapterworld never responded to english emails and because i really wanted these shoes, i went through a japanese buying service that charged a 30% fee and 2 shipping charges (to get shipped to them and then for them to ship to me). now THAT was expensive.
