definitive shoe thread

If you're anything like me you have plenty clothes that fit your tastes but are lost when you've got to choose a shoe. Thus far in my life, I buy a shoe that looks good, with consideration for quality being first and foremost, if its not handmade its not worth shit.

I'm looking for help regarding types of shoes for specific occasions. For example (this may be incorrect) - but a Norweigan split-toe is an appropriate shoe for a club - it's durable.

What shoes are meant to complement skinny jeans? Cardigans? If this can be answered with various links, that would be good.

hmmmm, you are obviously talking about men's formal, or casual leather shoes...I mean it all depends on your tastes, but as far as skinny jeans go...I stay rocking vans or converse....I love handmade, but I like to be a little bit easy when I dress, where do you get your bespoke shoes done?
