Shades of Greige sizing?

Heyo, I was lookin' to get a jacket for this winter. Nothing too heavy, I came across this on Revolveclothing..

When I checked the 'fitting' tab, it said the bust on an XL is 40"? I thought 40" was usually a medium or large. Anyone know if this runs very slim, or size up on this brand?
