What material is it made outta? Think it's good enough for fall weather if you have a sweater underneath?

The material is made out of semi thick cotton. If you're in NYC it might be not enough if it gets really cold. It would be good for a mild winter day with a sweater underneath.

Pit to pit: 20" (Hard to measure due to having 2 layers. It curves in from the pit for a slim fit)
