LVC Fits?

Hey, im looking to get a pair of LVC's and was wondering about sizing/fit. I wear a 29 in APC standards and hipster/women's jeans. Would a 29 be comparable in LVC? and whats a good "slim" fit; similar to APC's women's jeans -- perhaps sold at selvedge in nolita?

i can't help you with comparisons to apc, but I can tell you that I was informed about a month ago by an employee that Selvedge was closing shop on Aug. 5th

try the levi store in soho, but i don't think they have the fall collection yet so they may be a bit low on stock right now
