Imperial Problem

I just received my pair of Imperial Dukes Indigo from DenimBar (great service thanks), but they turned out to be heck of a lot tighter than typical measurements. I can hardly button the fly without force, and the bum and thigh feels really tight, should I just let them stretch out or sell them?

Just exchange them for a larger size. One size up should work well.

same with mine. i have to pull em up high just to button em up. but with each day of wear em lower and lower

just wear em at home if you don't want a hassle of shipping + losing money.

You can size up as Kiya suggested - but you may have the right size and just need to stretch them out. The first week of wearing my Dukes was real painful but after some time they have become a lot more forgiving. I also dont mind sagging them a little bit so that eases up the tightness around the thigh. I'm 2 weeks in and I am pretty sure that by the one month mark they'll be very comfortable.
