C-Murder was accused of murdering 16 year old Steven Thomas after an argument inside of the Platinum Club in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana on January 2002. Nine defense witnesses testified that C-Murder had no involvement with the shooting or the beating. However, he gave conflicting testimony. The guilty verdict carries an automatic life sentence.
