Best Denim Tailor in SF Bay Area

Who is it? I need to hem my denim - but I want someone good in denim that can do that thing where they re-attach the original bottom of the jeans.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

You don't really need an expert tailor to do such a simple task. Any semi-competent tailor should be able to do this. Just make sure you actually go to a tailor, versus the local laundromat/dry cleaners.

Yeah, don't do the dry-clean thing. I went to one and they fokked up my Rescues. It looked like my pants were hemmed by a five-year-old. I was so pissed off, you don't even know...At least the idiots left them about an inch longer than I asked, so I just chalked it up to experience and took the pants to an actual tailor.

When I showed the tailor my pants I could tell he was trying not to laugh at the previous work, but he did a good job and charged me $2 less than the dry cleaners did.

So anyway, I heard Cable Car Tailors in SF is good. Also, Azalea boutique hems their APC jeans for customers, and they told me they'll hem jeans that weren't purchased there.

PS: If you try the above places, please report back on how good a job they did.
