Dior Homme jeans need fixing...HELP

one side of the metal waist hook on my orange overdye blue jeans came apart. it's the right side if you have your jeans on.

i bought this jeans less than 2 months ago from Dior Homme Shanghai.

i live in nyc. does anyone know how i might go about getting this fixed? it requires new parts...the side that came apart is of no use anymore.
