What to do about "hip flaps"?

On my Skull 5507s, I get these "hip flaps". I think it's excess facbric, but I can't see why there would be excess because mine are the right size and fit. I can take pics if necessary.

Otherwise I saw that Cotton Duck recently posted a topic about his Sams having the same problem. It's really annoying to have these, since it makes it look like there's hip flare.

You can:

a) Do squats until you get more junk in the trunk

hot wash and possibly dry to shrink them puppies

c) Just wear, it gets a little better with time

d)Sell them and size down next time

It just happens on some jeans. Do what ^^ he said and hot wash.
