Was anyone else charged full price for their cardigan that they ordered on sale? I just got done emailing AA and filing a charge dispute with my credit card company because they charged me full price ($38), when I have the original receipt stating that the order total was $12. What a bunch of assholes; I'll definetly go somewhere else for my basics

contact the customer reps and tell them your story. that happened to me also. they will recredit your cc in 7-10 days.
