Small Trench or Rain coats?

I'm a pretty small guy with a chest size of about 35 inches. As a result, I have had a pretty hard time finding something that fit me well. I think the closest I have found is a APC raincoat, but it's going for $435 USD. I'm looking for something in the $200-$300 range. Is there something in that price range or I'm going to have to buy the APC raincoat?

since trenches are pretty popular these days, i think you can pick up a pretty solid, slim cut one from uniqlo. an alternative is h&m and i think at either place it will run you $100-$200.
