Le Tigre Online Ripped me off

I purchased a Navy polo shirt from Le tigre USA online way back in March. It never arrived. I emailed Le tigre on Numerous occations but they never respond.

Whats worst is that they changed the layout of the site, so my account for Le tigre is gone along with all of the transaction records. but luckily i printed out the reciept.

What should i do now??
