Repair Help and Ideas

I was at about 5.5 months on my APC NS.. and i destroyed my knee... well right above my knee..I need to fix it.. just need some Super Futurian advice... and dont say leave it like that.. it looks like shit as it is..

I had a hole in my crotch and my seamstress repaired it and im EXTREMELY happy with it.. Im wondering if it would make sense to do it on the knee.. Here are some before and after pics..

Ive seen the site, thats the way my crotch was repaired.. i was just wondering how other people have repaired their jeans...and hopefully some pictures..

I think that's the best way...and if you're happy with how your other repair went, why look for an alternative?

^^^because taking it to a professional seamstress who did a great job before, and which would cost maybe ten bucks max, wouldn't give him any sufu attention
