WTB: PAM New Age D'Or tee

The shop in Vancouver that carried this shirt sold out before I could cop. Norsestore.com has it, but between their already-high price and high shipping from Scandinavia, it's over $100 (and the US retail is $45). Anybody know where else I can get one of these (in a medium)? I'm happy to pay a proxy buyer.
